Forced Circulation Evaporator is a new design to get more concentrations from High scaling and High Chocking Feed Water. In this design, Feed Materials, circulated in tube and Heated in Tube. Boiling of Feed materials in tube is not allowed by keeping circulation pressure. Boiling is allowed only in Vapour separatour and this will avoid scaling and chocking in side of tube.
In our design, Keeping Circulation for Flow to Evaporation ratio inside of calendria, and Keep vacuum for evaporations. Forced circulation system need more power and steam consumptions than falling film design. Further, we designed our system to reuse evaporated vapour in falling film and save heat energy. In Forced Ciculation, Multiple effect Design is arranged with Thermo Vapour recompressor like falling film Evaporator and It is used to achieve concentrations with more than 20% and help to get salt in solar pond / dryer. It help to achieve zero liquid discharge systems in entire system and in product applications, it help to achieve desired results, such as 55% Solid Content in some industries.
